V1.8: Introduction of Ability Display

• Starting from this update, most ability will provide a info from either Actionbar/Bossbar.
• Now player id will be checked each minute, to ensure the id isn't missing.
• This feature can be changed or disabled through settings, with the command /function forgecraft_lpmc2:settings
• This system is ticked per second, to reduce the memory usage.
• For any server out there, please do not implement this to the main server until you test through the features.
• In the furture of V1.8, loads of new ability reforges will be introduced. Might expect even more reworks/changes beforehand.
