Updates
- Support for 1.21-1.21.1 is now Depricated and will no longer be maintained due to breaking item component changes in 1.21.2.
- Retaining support for this version, which is highly used in modding, is just not pheasable given the changes made in this update.
- Content was made for 1.21.1 first, then ported to 1.21.2 with the new things added using the components added in 1.21.2. This is the final content update for 1.21/1.21.1
- Add exerimental support for 1.21.5
- Please report any issues you may find!
- Config will not work.
Additions
- Added new fishing rod enchantment "Magnetic Bobber"
- This enchantment is now required to catch crates.
- The enchantment goes up to level 4.
- Uncommon crates require level 2+
- Rare crates require level 3+
- Epic crates require level 4+
- Legendary & Mythic crates currently require level 4+
- In the future, two additional enchantment levels will be added, however they will not be obtainable from random loot or enchanting, you will be required to find them...
- When these levels are added, you will require them to get Legendary & Mythic crates.
- Added integration with our brand new pack Re-Fished: A fishing Overhaul (not yet publically released)
- When using this pack, crates will be directly integrated into the fishing loot pool.
- There are also rough plans for future integration based content with this pack.
Changes
- Init v5
- Namespace is now "f-create" instead of "l-crate".
- Totally didn't want the "l-crate" namespace for a brand new pack that is planned...
- Old Crates will break, open them all before updating.
- Legendary Crate now has a max stack size of 16.
- Epic Crate now has a max stack size of 32.
- Rare Crate now has a max stack size of 48.
- Common Crate now has a max stack size of 80.
- Crates can now be opened by right clicking them.
- They can still be placed down, if you really want. [1.21-1.21.1]
- Placing crates is considered a "deprecated" method of opening them.
- This is due to the additional context provided by opening from the inventory.
- They can still be placed down, if you really want. [1.21-1.21.1]
- Crates are now NOT barrels [1.21.2+]
- The item model is still a barrel, however you can no longer place them.
- Due to the stacking fix, the "elder guardian" loot pool used for common crates has been changed to remove invalid context checks.
- This may result in the possible loot being slightly altered from before.
- Config V2
- Config is now storage based. Check out the FAQ in our discord to learn about what this improvement means.
- Unfortunately this means the config will reset when you update.
- Config is now storage based. Check out the FAQ in our discord to learn about what this improvement means.
- And again, lowered drop rate signifigantly.
- Further testing will be done to refine this drop rate, however this time around we aimed for a lower drop rate than intended.
Fixes
- Fix Init Tellraw.
- Fixed Common, Uncommon, & Rare crates of different loot pools being unable to stack.
