Heavy Storms (1.21.1-NeoForge and 1.20.1-Forge)

Heavy Storms amplifies thunderstorms and introduces a Forge Energy compatible Lightning Capacitor block for Minecraft 1.21.1 using NeoForge, and 1.20.1 using Forge.

Features

  • Spawns additional lightning strikes around players during thunderstorms with configurable frequency and radius.
  • Adds the Lightning Capacitor block that gains FE from real lightning strikes. (no lightin rod required)
  • Exposes Forge Energy via the standard Forge capability system so automation mods (e.g.,
    Mekanism universal cables or any other FE power managment system) can interact with the capacitor.
