Anvilcraft:Alloy Extension

Changed modid (so please consider carefully before updating this mod), attempted to fix the bug that prevented the mod from working on servers, added Blue Gold tools, Electrical Engineer villager, and moved the instruction book to the main AnvilCraft guide.

修改了modid（所以请想好之后再更新该模组），试着修复了模组无法在服务器使用的bug，添加了蓝金工具，电气工程师村民，将说明书移至了铁砧工艺本体的手册。
