Backported Spears

-Fixed spear charge attacks always dealing knockback on their 2nd and 3rd stages, even if the mobs it hit are immune to knockback.

-Fixed spear charge attack cooldowns not taking i-frames into account, causing it to hit a lot more frequently.

-Fixed Lunge not working with Better Combat mod.

-Fixed spears not letting the user sprint if they were already using it before trying to. (Known issue: sometimes causes desync, making the player sprint on the server side only.)

-Added support for Dragon Loot, Enderite, Oreganized and Caverns and Chasms mods.
