Claimorous!

Added the possibility to change the claim essence inserting desired item id in config

Permission System:

• claim owners are now able to give specific permissions (such as blocks placement, breaking or interaction) to selected players.
• Owners will also be able to grant player the "Manage Permissions" permission enabling non owners to grant or revoke other permissions but the "Manage Permissions" itself
• admin will be able to use commands to manage permissions
