Fixed side detection for swords dance and other stat stage moves

Fixed move tooltips showing the wrong effect chance %

Fixed not being able to mouse wheel scroll the new enhanced battle log

Added server config in menu to turn off pokeball icon types, opponent won't see unique ball types, but everyone will still see their own!

Added config to disable battle log recording entirely

Adjusted the enhanced battle log config, when turned off it now returns the native battle log style
