bug fixes

• fixed compressor only working with positive speed
• added missing loot tables and recipies
• rewrited the fluid propagation to allow automatic merging of heated water flow.

gameplay ajustements

• changing the default values for the conduction configs
• made explosion and meltdowns a little harder to get.
• changed the fuel rod range

Warning : as values changed existing reactor might explode. Make sure to shut them down before updating or backup your world.
