GeneratorCraft - Lootboxes, Gambling, RNG, Economy

Changes:

• EmptiX Store Rebalance
  • EmptiX Pickaxe → 2 EmptiX Tokens
  • Bank Token → 3 EmptiX Tokens
  • Slots Token → 5 EmptiX Tokens
• Wealthy Mobs will now despawn their parent mob when rolled to spawn in their place
• Duper should now display its cooldown in the GUI
• Duper cooldown reduced to 30 minutes
• Added a Secret Item to the Lootbox pools
• New Command: /gceventsettings
  • Allows server admins to customize both the frequency (cooldown) and duration of events
• New Gamerule: doEventsGeneratorCraft
  • Disable this gamerule to completely disable events

Fixes:

• Fixed Duper cooldown text formatting to match the old tick system
• Fixed Mob Killing not dropping any coins or gems
• EmptiX Tokens and Bank Tokens now use the same converting system Slot Tokens use (the better system)
• Fixed formatting for currency conversions
• Fixed Daily Rewards not resetting correctly (Attempt #2)
• Fixed EmptiX Store incorrectly displaying prices
• Fixed EmptiX trading waste sometimes not granting tokens
• Fixed Wealthy Zombies spawning in the Nether
• Fixed typos in some Event messages
• Fixed Combat Log Timer being off by about one second
