GeneratorCraft - Lootboxes, Gambling, RNG, Economy

Changes:

• Generators will now show their cooldown (speed) in their lore
• New Event: Eventpocalypse, every event will be active during Eventpocalypse
• The P2W Store now has a stock limit
  • Defaults to 10, may be changed with the defaultP2WStock gamerule
  • Each purchase will lower the stock amount by one, the store restocks every minecraft day
• Duper Cooldown is now upgradable (defaults to 30minutes)
• New Event: Bounty
  • A random mob will be selected as the bounty
  • First player to kill that mob before the event ends will be paid the bounty by the generous World Bank
