Changelog

Add Insomnia Omen effect
- Acquired by sleeping with Bad Omen active
- Allows sleeping in any dimension without beds exploding
- Allows sleeping with monsters nearby
- Prevents passing the night by sleeping
- Prevents setting spawn at beds
- Gurantees phantoms spawn (unless on cooldown)
