Patch 0.7.18

• Added a function that forbids selling profession coins to trader.
• Increased the experience gained from using profession coins.
• The demand multipliers for profession coins were reduced in their maximum values from x20 to x5. The base value of coins was increased by ~50%.
• Now one copper ingot mints 8 copper coins instead of 16.
• Farmers now gain experience for harvesting even slightly under-ripe crops.
• Soul sand mining is no longer tied to a profession.
• Fixed a bug where a banner would rotate incorrectly when creating a House.
• Changed the system for calculating consecutive in-game days played.
• Fixed a bug where negative effects would not apply upon entering the Nether.
