skin overrides

hi! i've decided it's best to drop the "beta" label, because if i keep waiting for everything i want to be done, 2.4.0 won't come out for ages. instead, there will be smaller and more frequent updates with all the same things.

this is the release candidate for 2.4.0. if there's no big issues, the full version will be released some time next week.

• (1.21.10+) added some debug screen entries (turn them on in the F3+F6 menu)
• (1.21.11) added skin overrides links in the sodium settings screen
• fixed class not found crash (gh#51)
  • this caused opening the cape library to crash the game
  • this happened because 1.21.11 removed the apache http libraries and i didn't realise. oops!
• fixed a regression in the last version which broke some mod compatibility
  • this was caused by an issue when porting to 1.21.11. i fixed it in a better way this time
• minimum java version is now used (you can use java 17 on 1.20.4 and below)
