Slate Works 1.0!

• Added some missing translation keys
• Made the Storage Vessel compatible with hoppers
• Added the Pocket Simulator, which give Spell Circles a small inventory
• Added the Gloopy Accelerator, which gives the Spell Circles a large boost in speed for a few blocks
• Added the Redstone Agitator, which outputs redstone based on a provided number
• Made the Akashic Record a locus, so it can read/write iotas to the shelves for free
• Made a new entry for covering what Loci are
• A few small bug fixes and print statements
