Minor update (university :V)
Blocking attacks now drains stamina dynamically based on the damage received, rather than a fixed flat amount.
The itemCosts configuration string has been updated to support the new dynamic blocking calculation.
Old Format: BLOCK;[FlatCost]
New Format: BLOCK;[BaseCost];[DamageMultiplier]
The BaseCost is the flat amount drained every time you block (like the old system). The DamageMultiplier is multiplied by the incoming damage amount and added to the cost.
Total Cost = BaseCost + (IncomingDamage * Multiplier)
Updated the default config for the Vanilla Shield to use the new system:
minecraft:shield;TICK;0.2;BLOCK;2.0;0.5
(Drains 0.2/tick while holding, plus 2.0 base + 50% of incoming damage when hit).
