Reset Albums and Global Packs AGAIN

Yeah, I hadn't updated to LMR 4.3, which had a different name :P

Added Default options preset

Basically the same as the Low preset, but without an autosave countdown or fake autosave screen

Handheld and Low presets now enable the Fake Autosave Screen

This helps simulate the "old-gen" experience
