Changelog

Dropped support for versions < 1.21.8. Due to breaking API and game changes, it's not worth to support it anymore. Time to move forward guys.
Added support for Spigot 1.21.11.
Settings Anvil.Limit and Disabled.ByWorld were moved out from the distribution.yml to the config.yml.
Setting for disabled enchantments in the distribution.yml is no more used. Please use the new method to disable enchantments.
All possible incompatibilities with the Soulbound enchantment should be finally fixed now.
Changed Haste enchantment to have effect only on block break.
Added setting to ignore mobs from MythicMobs for Cutter enchantment.
Added Dragon Heart enchantment that grants passive Health Boost effect.
Added Lightweight enchantment that allows you to safely jump on turtle eggs, farmlands and big dripleaf.
Added "bypass" permission for the Decapitator enchantment.
Added %killer% placeholder for the Decapitator enchantment.
Improved chests handling in Silk Chest enchantment.
Fixed a bug, where Anvil.Limit setting works a bit incorrect.
Fixed a bug, where armor enchants can trigger passive effects in hands.
Fixed particle error in Dragonfire Arrows enchantment.
Code refactor and clean up.
