Made the nuke even more of a circle(random int made it look weird) Added a nukelook More nuke rules

Information

Current Commands:

• /nuke <x> <y> <type>
• /bomb
• /nukerule <rule> <value>
• nukelook <type>

Nuke types: strike(Destroys Evyerhting -60 to 350) nuke(wide radius of bombing)

Nukerules:

• strikeTNT(amount of tnt when using strike)
• nukeTNT(amount of tnt when using nuke)
• nukeRadius(The radius of nuke WILL SCALE OFF OF TNT radius(One being run)*nukeTNT so if you put 1 radius and 25 tnt its only 25 but if you put 2 radius with 25 tnt 75 tnt will spawn)
• bombStrength(Changes the power of the explosion for that bomb)
