Programmer Art+ Glass Bottom Boats

This texture pack implements a classic version of Xeadas' glass bottom boats texture pack into Minecraft as an addon for Programmer Art+. It lets you get a clearer view of everything underwater without the annoying fog. That's about it, it's quite simple.
