Arca-Armaments

Adds in various weapons from accross the world for the Arcamere server. Has currently 4 different classes of weapons that dictate its stats:

• Light weapons (low attack, fast speed)
• Standard weapons (medium attack, medium speed)
• Heavy weapons (high attack, slow speed)
• Ranged weapons (range)

There are plans on adding making the weapons more unique and adding in 3d models for some.
