Details
Naturally spawned baby zombies will now have the ability to seek out wild rideable mobs and other fellow zombies and attack you with them, ported almost exactly like the behavior from Bedrock Edition. Not all baby zombies will spawn with this ability. When they do, be cautious, because the baby zombie will force the mount to go x1.5 of their base speed! (This fixes MC-271156)
This is balanced in-line with Java Edition's difficulty scaling system. Depending on your world difficulty, and how long you spend in the world, it will increase the chances that a baby zombie will spawn with the ability to mount certain creatures. By default, this can be anywhere from 2% to 25% . They will only also seek out mobs when targeting a player to avoid persistent baby zombies building up.
Usage
Here is a list of mobs that baby zombies can mount, taken from the Minecraft Wiki and the available list of mobs baby zombies can mount in Bedrock Edition.

This is a server side mod, so all clients vanilla or modded will be able to experience the effects. It works in Singleplayer and LAN worlds aswell. It supports the latest releases of Fabric and NeoForge. The mod will not be ported to older versions.
This mod is designed to be unobtrusive to baby zombie mechanics. It will also stack with the ability for them to spawn with armor and tools. If at any point there is bugs or performance concerns with this mod installed, report them in the Github repository.
