Enchantment Exploration
Server-side enchantment revamp to balance enchanting and exploration. It removes enchanting books and replaces naturally spawning enchanted books.
Customisable
Using Mod Menu and Cloth Config allows you to customise virtually any part of the mod, and toggle features of the mod, or even the whole mod itself at any time
Completely Server-side
If you play on a server or e4mc world, none of the connecting players need the mod installed!
Changes
Enchantment Table Changes
- Enchanting tables only enchant with enchanted books placed in chiselled bookshelves placed around them in the normal configuration
- The enchantment options are as follow:
- Random enchantment at book's level with a 20% chance of bumping up a level if applicable (10 Levels)
- One random enchantment and then a 50% chance to add each compatible enchantment, every enchantment has a 40% chance of bumping down a level (10 Levels)
- All compatible enchantments bumped down one level (10 Levels)
Individual level costs and chances can be configured
Anvil Changes
- Tools can no longer be combined or enchanted
- Repair bows, crossbows, with string or tridents with prismarine, and add custom repair materials
- Books only carry one enchantment; two matching enchantments of the same level are the only way to combine books.
- You can also use a nether star (configurable) to upgrade an enchantment book by a level.
Loot Table Changes
- Enchanted Books are now found by structure. Following is a list of where you can find them by default. (Configurable)
