In Naruto, the "Tsukuyomi Moon" refers to the Infinite Tsukuyomi, a powerful genjutsu activated by Madara Uchiha's Rinne Sharingan, trapping the entire world in an inescapable dream to feed the God Tree's chakra. The term draws from the Japanese moon god Tsukuyomi and is visually represented by the full moon's light during the jutsu's activation. Akatsuki (暁), while meaning "dawn," can also be combined with "moon" (月, tsuki) to signify the organization's connection to powerful celestial-based techniques and illusions. 

This type of moon was used in the anime Naruto during key battles—it was very epic.
